2. Let me start this out by saying that we are a group of people who all work in the hospitality industry (in a small luxury hotel as well as a 4 diamond resort) who were traveling for a red sox game which unfortunately got rained out.

3. unfortunately, my hotel room was 2 doors away from the ice machine so all night all we could hear was people going to get the ice.

4. The service was what you would expect with a Hilton, apart from one receptionist who unfortunately I felt let the hotel down when she realised that my girlfriend and I were holidaying together but not married - the look of disapproval on her face was palpable.

7. unfortunately when we booked the hotel we did not notice that the hotel has so many different type of rooms, and we should consider next time to book a larger more comfortable room.
