So, first a quick summary and then I'll explain:Pros: Good free breakfast, rooms are inexpensive, location is convenient/walkable to harborCons: Staff did not seem knowledgeable on area, basic maintenance and cleanliness of common areas, room was not clean and poorly designed Like I said, we really enjoyed our first visit here but this time it seemed a lot different.

6. They have untill 5pm to clean the rooms and when I asked for my room to be donw by 1pm so my daughter could nap, I had to wait for an hour and a half for it to get done and it was poorly done.
