1. If it was just that we had no A/C for our stay, I would not say anything but conditions were awful.

2. The rate included breakfast with cold cereals, coffee, milk, juice, scrambled eggs (better than expected), home fries, breads, danish and bagels (awful bagels but everything else was good).

10. If checkout is 11, why would I be expected to leave before 6? The room was not awful, although at first they tried to get me to take a room with a bed and a pull out sofa rather than the two beds I had requested and called and confirmed directly.
