Here is what drives me crazy, the lobby was busy at the time she promised the refund, although I remained perfectly calm, It seems she was trying to
avoid
a scene and telling me whatever I wanted to hear just to get me to leave.

I've stayed at Brookshire 4 yrs ago and hated it because it felt so grimy and
avoid
ed it since then but this year our admin booked us there again because most other hotels in the area were all booked.

Both rooms have very large flat screens, and a nice touch, the bath room is not in the bedroom to
avoid
disturbing the bedroom occupant.

the city noise and give our young daughter a better view of what she thought was NYC (we did tell her otherwise).
