4. We were advised we could 'open a window,' which wouldn't have been a problem except the hotel is smack dab in the middle of downtown, and is noisy enough outside without the added volume of New Year's Eve and tens of thousands of people gathering downtown for the fireworks.

10. hasn't anyone heard of soundproofing)? We inquired about waiting for the first one to be cleaned and they said that there weren't able to get that done today? The third one was still too noisy (street facing) & the toilet was inop.
