3. The room were smaller than expected for the price but my family and I had an incident where our car was broken into while in the hotel's valet parking and the hotel manager Travis was great and I loved the way he handled the situation.

4. Why in the world would they think it was okay to pay full price for a hotel room with no air conditioning and NOT TELL YOU WHEN YOU CHECKED IN THAT IT WAS BROKEN?.

6. We had to switch rooms due to safety issues, one room had a broken full length mirror just leaning on the tracks and the 2nd room had a portable heating/air conditioner with a duct hanging out the window supported by cardboard.

7. The bathroom floor was dirty, the tub stopper was broken, the tiles in the shower were popping out and needed new grout, and the shower head was dirty and could not be moved.

8. The only negatives I can see would be that there was a bit of mold on the shower curtain and that the ac in the lobby was broken when we arrived.
