2. To top it off, the service of this place was just as horrible, it took us 3 hours to get our bags from the valet, and the lady at the front desk seemed drunk in the morning.

9. The roads were horrible and yet the shuttle drivers ( Huff and Derek) would always manage to get patients as well as family members to the hospital when they needed to be there.
