1. Wi-Fi is an issue here, but again the front desk clerk failed to tell us they also have a wired connection in the room.

9. We had an issue with the TV in our sitting area and they swapped it out for us, however, we did have to mention it twice.

10. The only things that could have been looked at negatively is the fact they seemed to be having trouble with the cable and they only had one corkscrew in the hotel, but they did offer to open as many bottles of wine as I wanted, so that issue was solved.
