1. There is nothing wrong with this hotel, it's just a giant corporate hotel with no soul.
"Soulless large corporate hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/21/2012 Vote
2. This guy continually told her the wrong amount for the room, would not work with us, was condescending as all get-out, and pretty much continued to COUNT OUR MONEY WRONG at the same time.
"Absolutely terrible to Otakon goers " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/3/2011 Vote
3. I walked away to calm down half-way through this but I counted at least three times he counted our money wrong and no one else at the front desk would help when one of our other friends tried to get someone else to help us instead of him.

8. The operations manager measured the height of the beds for him, the door men let me leave my car at the entrance to the hotel numerous times through out the day while I shuttled him in and out (which sometimes took 30 minutes or more), the front desk patiently went through all the previous days receipts when he thought there was a discrepancy on the bill (he was wrong).
"Unbelievably Accomodating !!!!! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/3/2010 Vote
9. The inner harbour area of Baltimore was great, although we took a walk up to Mount Vernon one day and a wrong turn took us into some pretty rundown areas, which was a little scary with the children in tow, even in broad daylight.
"Lovely hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/15/2009 Vote
10. The numbers would show incorrectly on the lighted pad inside the elevator; it caused a few chuckles with people getting off on the wrong floors.
"Nice Hotel Great Location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/25/2009 Vote
