1. The room itself was nice and clean, the only downside was a long walk from the elevator which was okay with us but probably not so much with older people.
"Nice hotel and location, poor sound proofing. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/9/2012 Vote
2. The major downside to this hotel was the cleanliness of the hallways (everyones room service, dishes, glasses, and garbage sat in the hallways throughout the day and night) and the price of parking with the hotel.
"Nice enough, very convenient to all shops and the aquarium " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/5/2012 Vote
3. On the downside, the hotel is pretty pricey unless you get a good corporate rate or some other deal (which I did).
"A good hotel, lovely views, good service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/4/2011 Vote
4. downside staff was rude at check in, and whenever you had a question they did not know the answer and offered no alternatives.
"Nice hotel poor service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/15/2011 Vote
5. The only downside (because of course nothing is always all positive) is that a few towels had pink and purple stains on them (though they smelled fresh) and the room service couldn't get our breakfast straight, making four trips to get it right--somewhere communication broke down and we did let the receptionist know.
"Beautiful Accomodations, Best location, Best place for kids " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/24/2011 Vote
6. The biggest downsides are room location and noise - there is only ONE bank of elevators for the entire hotel, so long waits can be common, and since the hotel is laid out in a hollow square, be prepared for a lengthy hike if you room is in a far corner.
"Great location - middle of the road hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/19/2010 Vote
7. Only one real downside was having to pay for internet connectivity, although they had free wifi in the lobby, and a pc and printer setup for online flight check-in.
"Lovely hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/15/2009 Vote
8. The only downside was the hotel's cable system, which lacked variety.
