1. The sound proofing of the room was really poor and I woke up from people talking in the room next to us, and I can literally hear everything that they were saying.

2. Clean and spacious, only issue from my perspective being poor door soundproofing with huge gaps around it allowing corridoor noise to enter the room.

3. The club lounge was great for the evening reception but poor for breakfast (no hot entrees) and the business center in the club lounge was poorly stocked (no ink in printer cartridge, no scissors, etc.
