8. This was a nice hotel and we had a good time in Baltimore at the Renaissance, however if you are inconvenience you should be compensated for your trouble at least with free breakfast.

10. While the workers themselves were hard working and polite, it was a major inconvenience, and not very safe, to walk around carpet rolls, or on rough, uncovered floors whenever we went on or off the elevators.
