1. The only problem we encountered in our room was hearing very loud noises that sounded like plates and silverware banging righ toutside our door at 8:30 am.

3. There was a problem with our reservation- due to cheap tickets not sending the hotel appropriate info so they initially put my family of 4 in a 1 king bed room.

10. My room was very far from the elevator, so if this is a problem, be sure to request a close room, as the hotel is shaped in a square with only one way up to the rooms.
