I was infuriated with how
poorly
this hotel was run and managed, how awful the customer service was, and how lacking in quality my room was for the level this hotel is SUPPOSED to be at.

The club lounge was great for the evening reception but poor for breakfast (no hot entrees) and the business center in the club lounge was
