1. With me being a sensitive sleeper that was completely unacceptable as we were looking for a quiet getaway and instead I only got a headache, so we had to check out early and head home, and I feel like our anniversary was ruined.

3. Although there is apparently some renovation going on in the hotel (noise and dust abound), my large room had very worn adn stained carpeting, and the hallways were unacceptably dirty - I passed the same food, cans, wrappers and trash throughout an entire day - before, during and after the houskeeping staff were on the floor.

8. I went in anticipation of a great meal, only to find the service absolutely unacceptable: long wait for initial contact from waitstaff, disregard of request for tea without lemon (3 times), no offer of bread, etc.
