Overall, I could say that the hotel room was nice and comfy (albeit not as quiet) as many other guests on this site have mentioned, and that it is conveniently located to many attractions, shopping, and restaurants, However, given our trip was for business purposes and we found ourselves inconvenienced by outdated internet policies and unprofessional customer service, our stay was definitely not worth the high price tag of this hotel.

2. Overall, the bath area looked very outdated, but on the bright side, if you kept the shower curtain closed, the bathroom looked up-to-date.

7. Considering it was supposed to be a 4-star hotel, the furniture and decor in the rooms were a little outdated and there were stains on the window curtains.
