1. Only complaints were that they didn't restock our used towels (I'm assuming just an oversight.

2. My main complaint would be that this large hotel is serviced by only one set of elevators and if your room was on the opposite end of the hotel, it was a long walk to get to the elevators and then a long wait for an elevator to come to the floor.

3. If I had a single complaint it's that there isn't enough dresser space for more than 2-3 days, though the bedside tables will double as clothing space too.

6. Being right on the street made the room a bit noisy, and the 'Occupy Baltimore' folks camped in the park across the street didn't help, but no real complaints.

7. Only complaints were that we asked for new sheets for our infant's pack and play three times before they brought them and the pool was only opened mornings and evenings.
