1. Before I arrived at the IP i had seen the reviews on here and expected to walk into a hell hole with dirty rooms that weren't cleaned, terrible lifts, rude staff etc.

I booked this hotel a few weeks ago to stay on May 4th and 5th after a 14 hour flight from Sydney, I was a bit worried when i read that people's rooms were being robbed as i took my new laptop with me, I also read reviews about rude staff, Small rooms, Small bathrooms, Hopeless Maid service, Dirty carpet where people didn't take off there socks & expensive slow internet.
