1. The water in the room, out of the faucet, and in the shower also smelled like sewage.

2. Wow this place was ok enough for a last minute trip but um not pretty, smelled weird in room, I thought oh we will have a cool vegas view of strip, No.

9. This was my 1st time staying in a hotel visiting Vegas for a weekend & the room had poor quality,the elevators never worked, the hallwayss looked old wall paper was coming off the walls, the shower curtain smelled very bad this hotel I couldn't even use the phone to call front desk.

First, the good:- Great central-strip location near Bellagio, Caesars, etc.- Cheap compared to surrounding properties- Rooms are generally clean (although grossly outdated with old carpets, 20' CRT TV, and 2nd room I was moved to had a gross smell, etc.)And the bad:- Self-parking- there is construction going on, and large parts of the self parking area are blocked off.

The location is good but for the cheap prize for this place is 100% crap the buffet need to closed down before some one gets realy sick the rooms looke like a motel 6 the casino is dirty and smell of smoke there is nothing asian of this place because asian don't go there it needs to closed down and blow up just like dunes and sands or put it up for sale.

She upgraded us to the luv tub suite, very nice room but after a couple of days we noticed an odor of mildew!around the tub was carpeted, big error, and in the corner of the tub and all the carpet was squishy and we hadn't splashed over the edge and upon checking you could see mold around the edges and thats where the mildew smell was from.

43. We were finally moved the next day but had to settle for rooms two doors apart - no big deal - however one of the rooms smelled like a sewer & we had to have housekeeping come up to fix the toilet.

44. I thought that perhaps I was sick because of the cigarette smoke everywhere (although I will say, the room was in a nonsmoking tower (tower 4) and I didn't smell smoke in the room) and didn't think much of it until my husband suggested turning off the air conditioner at night.

Then the trouble began, we were given a room on the 15th floor, at first we could not find the room, and had to be taken by a housekeeper through a construction zone to get to our room, once in our room the smell of BO almost made us sick, I went into the bathroom and was completely grossed out, there was pubic hair all over the counter, immediately my friend called the front desk and they sent some one up to move us.

81. If you are going to stay at the Imperial Palace I would highly suggest upgrading into the casino hotel and NOT stay in the Capri rooms which are in a completely seperate building from the main hotel and casino Those rooms were very dirty, motel type entrance in parking garage, and they smelled.

Here is what our room was: floor was sticky, room smelled moldy, hair (not mine) all over the bathroom floor, a hand print made of who knows what on the bathroom door, dirty shower that could have been easily cleaned, mold all over the shower curtian, hair in the towels, most things in the room were broken and this was a Deluxe Room.

We have stayed at the Imperial Palace before, we just got back on the 13th Sept /09 we were booked to stay in the Capri Room, we chose to upgrade to a poolside room which is classed as delux we were billed an extra $* per night extra for this room $*, all I can say is that we wont be staying there again the hot water tap would not work we had to call to get it fixed the room smelled old and was tatty and in need of decoration, the location on the strip is good , but I would advise to spend a little more at another hotel the slots dont pay out much Ithink you would get a better deal at other Hotels such as Bally's or MGM).

102. Our room was amazing, we had a king bed which was very comfy, and very very clean, and the room smelled very very clean as well.
