1. ) No big deal, except we were unable to use our balcony due to the fact that it was in the 'Implosion Zone', and upon entry and use of the room - we found our non smoking room was in fact smoked in, and the air conditioner was inoperable.

2. In that respect we also found the minimum table limit was lower in this casino compared to others so we didnt have to break the bank on each throw of the dice (this was a big deal for us).

3. When we reported it to the hotel they were VERY unhelpful and acted as if it were no big deal and had no help to offer us other than a buffet and the man who did that for us made the comment 'And really we don't even have to do that.

7. I understand that location can be a big deal in this town because of the cost of cabs and even the monorail, but it would be nice to see them upgrade the property especially when they are making so much money.

8. We were finally moved the next day but had to settle for rooms two doors apart - no big deal - however one of the rooms smelled like a sewer & we had to have housekeeping come up to fix the toilet.
