1. One thing that was annoying was that after we paid for the WiFi service (it isn't free), it was a stupid service that made ads popup on our laptop, often making some sites unusable.

4. My frustration during my stay was when we arrived to check in there was a huge line waiting,we spent about an hour in line just to check into our room was pretty annoying.

8. or care all that much - there's always a hidden price in these situations and i think i paid it here - and i'm sure they would feel there's always another punter where i came from - its just annoying they add the service charge to every bill whether they deliver the service or not.

10. If the people that were in the back office had come out to help it would have been faster (I imagine it was time for their shift change so I can't fault them but it was kind of annoying to see people coming in and out of the office and not addressing or helping guests).
