Also the room changing was a nightmare with old and wrong room keys provided (after asking the front desk to guarantee the 'old room keys would still work) so that going back down to the Lobby now involved security to ensure that i wasn't entering illegally etc etcYou really dont want to have to navigate multiple trips to the lobby as the Imperial Palace elevators do have a random, slow life of their own and make going to the lobby a longer than necessary adventure.

4. The blowdryer didn't work, one of the lights was burned out, waiting for elevators was a nightmare, finding your room in a maze of stinky hallways was a daily challenge and the list goes on.
