1. When I asked for a discount on the room because of these issues I was told that I would not get one since I already got a discount when I booked a day ahead of time.

7. Two of the rooms overlooked the pool which is noisy during the day but it gets shut down at 5 or 6 pm so this really isn't that much of an issue.

10. I stayed on Strip side of hotel, which is dominated by the sound of the band below until 4am, I was offered an alternative if the noise was an issue but I was up until that time so it didn't affect me.
