1. The Hotel Managers were least bothered, seems it is a routine affair and directed me to Security, who filled in the complaint.

9. Only complaint - this hotel's casino is one of the smaller ones and always seems very crowded and extremely smokey.

10. The one complaint we have is the cleaning staff could actually use a refresher course in room cleaning, at best their cleaning expertise would rate somewhere between poor and mediocre at best.
