1. The light in the room was minimal, probably to hide the fact that the rooms are showing signs of wear (such as worn carpets).

3. Bedding is worn, quilts and mattress smell of smoke, bathrooms dirty, wardrobe falling apart, sinks don't drain, showers are a joke - use the shower and flood the bathroom, no facilities in the room ( no coffee, not even a shower cap.

4. Decoration is shabby, fittings worn, bed linen stinks of cigarette smoke in the non-smoking rooms - not good when you put your head on the pillow and can't escape the smell.

5. This is not a family friendly hotel by any means (art around the hotel includes some partial nudity) My friends were staying at the Casino tower and when I was in their room I noticed how dirty and worn out the place is.
