1. Now a little frustrated we tried to get our own room but were told that it was not ready and to come back in an hour and half even though everyone else in our party already had already checked in a long time ago.

7. Since the Hard Rock usually attacts a younger crowd, you'll come across those that may frustrate you because they don't play by the book.

8. The wallet and cards were eventually returned, but only after the cards had been cancelled and one had been broken nearly in half as a result of what I presume to be the individuals frustration that they could no longer be used.

9. It was quite frustrating to be charged a resort fee when more than 50% of the resort was closed.

10. This was quite frustrating because if you did arrive at the 2 pool areas that were open before 11am, you would not be able to get a sun lounger and would have to settle for just a chair, normally out of the sun.
