1. When I explained my inexcusable hold time (1+ hr, really?), she curtly said that the front desk was busy and sounded extremely annoyed that I even brought up the issue.

2. the only negative thing i would say about the hotel was the bartenders were never very friendly, the cocktail servers were always nice when they did come around, it was annoying at times to have to leave your machine to get a drink, we tipped well 2 to 5 dollars each time, didnt expect freebies just wanted served more often.

3. Not sure if I got this wrong, but isn't she supposed to come and clean only AFTER the checkout time? ESPECIALLY if there's a do not disturb sign on the door? Isn't this why they have check ins at 3pm and checkouts at 11am? So they'll have time to re-do the rooms?This was VERY annoying.

It probably didn't help that it was the last leg of our 8-day vacation and we were exhausted upon arrival due to the hour plus late flight in and the young, annoyed cab driver that couldn't add (he clearly showed us how bummed he was that by the luck of the draw he got two short drives back to back - Hard Rock is the closest to the airport and it was his birthday, 'so not fair' - head on wheel at stoplight).

5. Glad we were so high up, I think the noise from the pool would have been annoying from further down (sometimes you need a little extra sleep from a hard vegas night).

6. In the end they changed it to the orginal amount, but it's quite annoying going through such incomplete information and vague rules.

7. Little things like not getting new toiletries, there was only one bar of soap in our room for 5 days and we got 3 more the day before we were checking out, were annoying, but as I travel with my own supplies, not a deal breaker.

8. Gee, since when do you have to pay a extra 'fee' for the right to use the pool and fitness center? 'Resort Fees' are just another annoying industry trend to get more money out of guests.
