1. If anyone from the HRH is reading this, here is some info for you - your competitors in and around your hotel/casino offer late checkouts until as far as 4P sometimes with little to no hassle to guests, and I have never been charged for it or even quoted an 'extended checkout' fee.

3. We decided, without a second thought, that we would stay at the Hard Rock because we got tickets to a concert in The Joint and knew staying at the hotel would reduce a lot of the hassle of getting there and leaving, which of course, it did.
