1. The hallways on the way to our room were filthy, you could literally see dirt even with the low lighting in the hallways.

'The rooms are quite spacious and bright, but the housekeeping was at best lackadaisical; when we first arrived, there was dirt/dust inside the door that had been tracked in and not cleaned up, as well as opened items in the minibar that we immediately called down to the front desk to report (and they still tried to charge us for them at checkout).

10. On saturday, the staff is disorganized, rude, and dont make a distinction between hotel guests, and the people coming to party at Rehab at the pool, They treat everyone the same, make them wait and treat them like dirt.
