1. When I explained my inexcusable hold time (1+ hr, really?), she curtly said that the front desk was busy and sounded extremely annoyed that I even brought up the issue.

2. Here is the rest of our issues with this poorly run hotel: Our room had a lovely view of a parking garage - anyone parking their cars there would have a birds eye view of what was going on in our room.

3. A large group of us stayed here for a work trip last week, and while service at this hotel had been less than stellar (compared to other properties in the city) on prior occasions, the issues many of us encountered on this trip were beyond appalling.

4. One co-worker had a sewage back-up issue, which is absolutely disgusting.

5. We were on a suite for 3 nights and though it was nice was consistently dirty and had issues with the stereo, the tv and the bar that were begrudgingly taken care of with attitude.
