1. I don't mind the noise in the common areas but did expect my room to be quiet (we had morning and late night activities so had hoped to grab an afternoon nap).

8. I called the front desk (sat on hold for a full 10 minutes each time I tried to call) and they couldn't fathom what it might be - I urged them to go outside and actually hear the noise themselves but they apparently were not willing to do that.
