1. But the process of getting a room, and checking in inconvenient to us and there was a serious lack of customer service.

2. So, HRH had some good points, which include comfortable beds and a convenient location to the airport, but the overall stay was really diminished by the lack of expected service & customer focus, as well as the style/crowd they cater to here.

4. Only thing I am gonna say I was not too impressed with is the service at the center bar, it was really lacking.

5. I guess my ONLY complaint, and the only reason I couldn't give 5-stars for this hotel, is not necessarily the distance from the strip, but the lack of provided transportation to both the strip and McCarren airport.

6. Between our rooms being switched at THEIR request after 2 nights, the lack of hot water in the showers(and the shower handle halfway broken), the valet slamming my friend's hand in the taxi door, and the list goes on and on.
