1. The newly remodeled tower had a few stains on the head boards and chairs, but the worst part was the service was adverage.

5. The air quality in the hotel was really terrible and the worst thing of the whole visit - we ended up with a dry, scabby nose and sore throat, plus dry itchy skin and extremely dehydrated in spite of downing gallons of water.
