1. Tring to get around the hotel was very difficult as there were very few staff to give directions.

5. Lamar on the front desk didnt know how to do this and seemed rather reluctant to listen to me explain how to do it, eventually he managed but because he didn't listen to me, he accepted seats I hadn't chosen and it was too difficult for them to be changed.

6. The Venetian might be a bit difficult to get around to rooms; (two towers: Venetian and Venezia), you may have to take separate elevators just to get up to your floor.

8. (Last time our room had a horrible smell and the hotel gave us a hard time about it, unwilling to switch us, until a representative came up to the room - with security, since we were being 'difficult' - only to discover that we were, obviously, not overreacting.
