We spoke to two front desk managers, one was professional and friendly the other one seemed inexperienced, defensive and rude and had no idea what to do, when asked if there was anyone else we could speak to he said he was the hotel manager, which seemed completely unbelievable considering the way he handled the situation.

9. When going to the front desk to have these mistakes corrected they were rude and defensive, had no explanation for why it happened and kept telling us we didn't understand and it was just a standard hold on the card when clearly it had been charged.

10. We visited other casinos while here, and I must say that the delaers that I encounterd at the Mirage were kinda rude, and also the employees at the Mirage Secret Garden were rude - exxcept for one man who took your pictures when you entered the gardens.
