3. When checking my credit card statement i was shocked to discover they took $650 off my credit card for 'incidentals' when they were only supposed to take $150, I rang the front desk to have it sorted out and they ensured it will be refunded back to my card.

4. I think the young lady who took the bet was more embarrased to tell me that than I was shocked that my $300 bet with them would not warrant a drink ticket.

5. The firsy shock was walking through the hotel casino, I did not know that you were allowed to smoke in the Casino, this was gross, we have got used to no smoking policies now, this was a bit of a shock, becuase you had no choice but to walk through the casino.
