1. Checked in on Saturday 12th may and had a few minor problems at reception with regards to which room we had booked.

2. The service at the hotel is not that good at all, we called down re problems in our room and waited almost 45 mins for someone to come up then decided to not waste anymore of our day, we told them when we went down to the lobby-we shouldn't have had to do this.
