1. The room was nice but the front desk tried to charge us $40 resort fee - which was ridiculous as we were unable to enjoy any resort facilities due to the inefficiency of the staff.

Yes I know you have the show, but I don't want to listen to it 24/7 - ridiculous 'touch it and we'll charge you' minibar policy - consistently long taxi queues as the hotel is rude to cab drivers who try and avoid the placeNo doubt the experience, gambling and perfectly decent staff will mean that this place will continue to be popular, but for me it's way off the pace.
