1. Again, service was horrible but that's to be expected at these pretentious clubs unless your an A-list celebrity.

3. horrible customer service for a hotel with 7000 rooms they have 2 people working front desk did you want maid service? Not happening NO clean towels or sheets for you even if you DO call and beg.
