She came to our room to install a wireless router and an additional telephone which was useful and

The grounds of the hotel are kept up nicely, and the Kona Pool is a good pool -
unfortunate
ly it is all the way over in the Lagoon Tower area so from the Ocean Tower it's a solid 15-20 minute hike.

ly, during our stay one of the trams was out of service for several days, which meant there was only one tram running both directions, making the wait time to get a ride to any of the other areas quite long.
