1. The downside to the resort is that I kept thinking of it as a low-end all-inclusive that doesn't want you to eat a lot of food or drink a lot.

2. The downside of Ocean is that it is on the furthest point of the property and so it is a hike to the dolphins, swimming lagoon and Lagoon Tower Pool, as well as the Lagoon Grill and lobby.

Now down by any pool its just beyond stupid people are banked up waiting for towels and chairs and if you decide to take a hike go to the adult pool well pick your time as there are not enough chairs there - now the other downside is you need to catch the train or walk about 1k or 2 to get to anything on the resort due to the size and then at every chance like all hiltons you have them ringing trying to sell you packages etc so perfect for all you timeshare people - now its just facilities that get this place the rating but believe me there is nothing 4 star here just 3 star Oahu and Maui are much nicer place than this island - if you want the truth here it is catch a plane over grab a helicopter go see the volcano etc the catch a plane straight back this place is not worth any stay.

7. The only downside we noticed with staying in the lagoon tower was that every morning between the hours of 5 AM - 7 AM, we'd hear this shrieking noise outside our door - getting up and opening the door, we realized the noise was from the (probably thousands) of birds in the courtyard area that were getting up in the morning and making noise.
