1. The place where you could get the free icecream (an icecream sandwich or a tiny cup of hagen daz) was only open until 4 so basically it was a waste of money for us because we like to get our dessert after dinner, and they were closed then.

4. No jacuzzi on the 'Ocean Towers' side of the property connected to any pool and only 3 tiny jacuzzis in the Kona pool area near Lagoon tower These got quite packed in an unpleasant way.

10. They have captive dolphins and other animals/birds onsite in tiny enclosures that I guess are in keeping with what zoos provide - but watching this over the course of the week it seemed cruel to me.
