1. I would have liked to give them a good rating, but had the following issues: 1.

2. One minor criticism I have is the resort is still 'behind the times' their 'Aloha Passport' card and also the daily vouchers issued to us to use to receive our included breakfast buffet.

We did not have an issue with the trams and the boats running extremely frequently, at every stop there is an electronic board that tells you in exactly how many minutes the next boat or tram will come, there was never a wait longer than 10 minutes and that was rare, usually its only a couple of minutes.

10. Was there during Christmas, the facilities were great, only issue were the birds nesting in early evening - they were loud enough that even with the doors closed we could hear them chirping.
