1. The lack of attention to detail like that is what keeps me from giving this five stars.
"Really Amazing for Families and Relaxing " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/25/2012 Vote
2. The drinks there are decent but over-priced, and the meals are lacking for the price point - my husband and I split the steak/lobster meal, and the presentation on it was horrific.
"Underwhelmed - this place has seen better days " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/4/2012 Vote
3. The real problem, though, with the Hilton Waikoloa was the absolute lack of any decent food on the property and the fact there are no other options outside.
"Underwhelmed - this place has seen better days " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/4/2012 Vote
4. The Hilton Waikoloa has a strong Asian emphasis in decorating and restaurants as you might expect since they apparently have a large Japanese clientele, but it strikes me that what this property lacks is a medium priced American style restaurant.
"Hilton Waikoloa, a Welcome Vacation Reatreat " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/12/2012 Vote
5. Its not the price that bothers me about this place, its the lack of value.
"All in All - No " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/3/2012 Vote
6. Though there wasn't a sand beach right on the ocean, Hilton made up for the lack of a natural sand beach by creating a saltwater lagoon which has access to the ocean.
"Kudos to Hilton for its support of natural habitats. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/25/2012 Vote
7. The biggest issue is the lack of any beach - the place is plunked down in a lava field.
"Disney Hawaii " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/8/2012 Vote
8. Otherwise, this Hilton lacked personality.
"Lovely resort, disappointing stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/30/2011 Vote
9. The resort is huge and the lack of boats definitely effected us.
"Beautiful setting, terrific activities, fair service, epensive food " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/14/2011 Vote
10. The facility itself is very nice - and in fact was quite sparsely occupied judging by the low number of other quests we encountered and the lack of cars in the parking lot.
"Waikoloa Village - Good as a Home Base " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/21/2011 Vote
