2. I would have ranked this resort an 'excellent' if it wasn't for the very few minor problems which I mentioned and overall we really liked this resort and would definitely stay there again.

3. Of course, this could easily be accomplished 'paperless' in a computer which would eliminate the possible problem of a guest losing the Aloha Passport Card or the vouchers for the breakfast buffet and it would also save the resort money.

4. Trina was not only very nice but very helpful in getting the problem resolved quickly.

5. We did have a few problems with the room like a toilet seat that didn't stay up, and a loose bolt on the back door but maintenance came immediately and fixed both of those problems.

7. The real problem, though, with the Hilton Waikoloa was the absolute lack of any decent food on the property and the fact there are no other options outside.

8. The pre-printed note made it seem our problem was trivial, and that they send so many of these out, it requires pre-printing.

10. Wait staff and bartenders can only do one task at a time, so wait times are a problem, and i don't want to spend my Hawii time in a restaurant.
