5. The room we got (Ocean 6011) is awful - loud mynah birds screaching from 9-11pm and 4-5:30am in palm trees right out side the door - yes, I know they are nature - but they need to find a way to help control the noise or warn you and move you to a quieter area.

7. Unfortunately, the beds we had to sleep on (at the Palace Tower) for 7 nights were awful: we could feel the springs poking through the fabric, and we were not able to enjoy a good night sleep the whole time we stayed there :( And honestly, for $285 a night, we thought we'd get a lot better beds.
