4. the decor looks 1970's, our a/c unit didn't work, no water (or anything else) in the minibar, AWFUL bar & restaurant, $18 buffet breakfast which was one of the worst I've had.

Don't bother with breakfast, it was TERRIBLE and the staff at breakfast time were rude and sat us at the worst possible table (right next to the dirty looking kitchen), when the restaurant was empty??? They also started packing up the breakfast when they had just seated us and told us that it was OK.
