1. I asked why he had me come back for him to tell me that and he had no answer so basically I had a dirty room, bad cusotmer service and a rude employee/manager.

4. Whatever you do don't do business with the gift shop they won't return anything for a refund and the one ladies is very rude its like dealing with shady people on the street.

Don't bother with breakfast, it was TERRIBLE and the staff at breakfast time were rude and sat us at the worst possible table (right next to the dirty looking kitchen), when the restaurant was empty??? They also started packing up the breakfast when they had just seated us and told us that it was OK.

7. When we attemped to ask the front desk for some assistance we were directed to the lobby shop (why bother with a concierge desk then???) where the woman there was totally rude.
