1. Perhaps we got off to a bad start as despite being a member of their loyalty program and entitled to a room upgrade and my only request being for a quiet room we were put in a room on a low floor on the busy street side - we had a terrible night with the noise - it was almost as if the window was open.

5. Don't bother with breakfast, it was TERRIBLE and the staff at breakfast time were rude and sat us at the worst possible table (right next to the dirty looking kitchen), when the restaurant was empty??? They also started packing up the breakfast when they had just seated us and told us that it was OK.
