2. The only downside I could notice was the somewhat scuzzy pool but unless you're here just for swimming it's no great loss .

3. the only downside is the homeless they seem to be on every block or corner go in groupsif going out after dark buy a bus pass it helps if you like to travel around the city it gets a bit noisy at times street traffic so try a high floor room great view and a great pool for the kids or the adults.
